All financial transactions on bingoolus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱), and all deposits, withdrawals, and displayed balances are denominated in this currency. Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name; bingoolus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such funds may be frozen pending verification. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the relevant payments page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation, and bingoolus shall have no obligation to return funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team; any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant, and bingoolus reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's fees schedule. Where an account is closed due to the player's death, bingoolus will work with the legal representatives of the deceased to return any verified balances in accordance with applicable law. Self-exclusion requests will be honored promptly, and during the exclusion period, the player will be unable to access or reactivate their account regardless of any subsequent request to do so. bingoolus is committed to responsible gaming and will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry relating to account activity.
